AI Art Times
AI art is indeed art.
Just like Photoshop revolutionized graphic design, AI is just a new tool in the creative arsenal. I've spent the last year diving deep into this world, learning how to communicate with AI to bring my imagination to life. Early on, there were no limits to what you could create, despite the quality being hit or miss. The latest AI advancements, however, are so refined that distinguishing between fiction and reality is possible if that's your goal. Personally, I'm all about creating fantasy rather than mimicking reality, feeling that's where true art lies, at least for me.
The journey of making art with AI has been rewarding. I've found a fantastic community on platform X, a hub for AI art enthusiasts to share, compare, and support one another. It's a collaborative and friendly space that I've never seen paralleled elsewhere.
However, I sense a change on the horizon. AI's rapid advancement means soon, creating stunning art will require little to no skill, tailored to our individual tastes by algorithms that know us too well. This could lead to a saturation of images, potentially diluting the joy of discovery and creation, and maybe even leading to boredom. Still, this is just my take on it.
For the moment, the experience is thrilling, and I'd urge anyone curious to dive in and join the community on X.
Enjoy the exploration, and I hope you find something in my work that resonates with you.
